Quick Food Journal Posting

Here's what I put in my body today.

Breakfast
--Ramen
--Cranberry Grape Juice mixed with water

Lunch
--1 slice pot roast
--1 small scoop of mashed potatoes
--1 small scoop of Brussels sprouts
--six chocolate chip oatmeal pecan cookies (small)
--large cup of coffee with caramel macchiato creamer powder and truvia

Dinner
--Lasagna
--Cranberry Grape Juice mixed with water

Snack
--Half of a Chocolate Milkshake

Sorry if there are typos.  It is late but I wanted to get this posted so I wouldn't slip up in my journaling.
